What will happen to the “Eyesore on Main” at the gateway to Old Bellevue?

It's the gateway to the historical section of Old Bellevue yet it's quite an eyesore. What exactly is going on at the corner of Bellevue Way and Main? The area where the car wash and KFC use to be. Where historic mom and pop stores Toy's Cafe and Bellevue Barber Shop once stood. Eyesore on Main Now, the prime corner of real estate is decaying, and the buildings have weeds growing all around them while garbage gathers in the parking lots.
