The training  for the Bellevue Neighborhood Mediation Program has officially been completed, and the new mediators are excited and anxious to begin the application of their skill set within the communtiy.  After a challenging 40 hours of education in a compressed amount of time, and several mock mediations the graduation ceremonies commenced on Saturday, April 24th.

Last week I began a training program at City Hall in Bellevue, entitled the “Bellevue Neighborhood Mediation Program.”  The program has been established as an Alternative Dispute Resolution technique, to assist Bellevue residents in the solving of disputes with their neighbors, or disputes within their neighborhoods.
